Membership Terms & Conditions

The EverydayRewards Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) apply to all users of the website located at everydayrewards.io (the “Site”) operated by DGR Media LLC (collectively, “We”, “Us”, “Everyday Rewards”, “EverydayRewards.io” or “DGR Media”), who have registered for an account (an “Account”) and subscribed to a subscription (a “Subscription”) in order to access the Site, including all of the text, images, audio, code and other material its contains or provides (collectively, the “Content”) and use all of its features, competitions and other services (collectively, the “Services”). The Terms of Use for the Site are incorporated by reference herein.
DGR Media provides one-time and monthly memberships (collectively “Memberships”) to its Members.
You must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, and comply with the Terms , in order to sign up for a Membership.
These Membership Terms and conditions are a binding agreement between us and each Member. . By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Membership Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before you purchase a Membership. For more information regarding our use of your personal information and opt-out procedures, refer to our Privacy Policy.
1. One-time Memberships
One-time memberships are the perfect way to access our Services for a shorter period to suit your needs.
There are five types of one-time memberships, as follows:

You may purchase multiple one-time memberships, which will accumulate and combine your days of access to the Everyday Rewards Discount Partners Database.
You may purchase both monthly and one-time memberships at the same time, however the access days from the one-time membership will not be used until after your monthly membership is canceled or terminated.
If you purchase a one-time membership via a link that is advertised as part of a Sweepstakes (described below) during the promotion period of that Sweepstakes, you will receive the set amount of entries associated with that package as a part of that Sweepstakes .
For the avoidance of doubt, you will not receive entries into more than one Sweepstakes if you purchase a one off membership using an official link. If you would like to receive access to all Everyday Rewards Sweepstakes, then you must hold a monthly membership.
Entries into Sweepstakes are otherwise subject to the terms and conditions associated with the relevant promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these Membership Terms. Unless otherwise noted, the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Sweepstakes shall apply to your participation in that Sweepstakes.
2. Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships are an on-going subscription to the Everyday Rewards platform, which are direct debited until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Membership Terms.

Monthly discounts provided at any level of monthly membership are subject to the terms and conditions associated with that discount provided by the relevant partner. Everyday Rewards is not responsible if a discount offered by a partner changes at any time, or for any exclusions that may apply.
2.1 Billing
The subscription fee for your Subscription and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Services, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the “My Subscription” page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of Subscription that you choose when you signed up. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit the Site and click on the “My Subscription” link in your member portal to see your next payment date. If you signed up for your Subscription with a third party as a Payment Method, you can find the billing information about yourSubscription by visiting your account with the applicable third party.
From time to time, we may offer promotional draws (“Sweepstakes”) for the opportunity to win designated prize(s). We may also offer discounted Membership. Specific Official Rules will be disclosed for each Sweepstakes on the Site and will control the operation of that Sweepstakes.
Monthly members accumulate entry/ies for each continuous month that they hold a Membership. Entries are generated based on your current monthly membership level. This means if you have held a monthly membership for six months and have changed your membership status from one membership level to another during that time, the total number of entries you receive in a Sweepstakes will be calculated in accordance with the membership level you hold at the time of the entries being generated for a specific giveaway and the tiers you have had previously.
No prepaid or gift cards are to be used for recurring subscription plans. Attempts will be made to block these card types.
Example:
Your monthly membership entries are determined by your current membership tier. If you upgrade your package, you will maintain your previously compounded free entries and start accumulating entries based on your new plan. If you downgrade your package, you will lose your free compounded entries and start accumulating entries based on your new plan. If you cancel your membership and then rejoin, you will start fresh with no compounded entries.

Monthly membership entries into Sweepstakes are generated before the relevant Sweepstakes commences. Please check the Everyday Rewards member portal to view your entries and any Sweepstakes offered. Entries into Sweepstakes are otherwise subject to the Official Rules associated with the relevant Sweepstakes, which should be read in conjunction with these Membership Terms, and controlled in the event of a dispute.
2.2 Upgrade or downgrade of Monthly Membership
You can request to upgrade or downgrade your monthly membership at any time through your Everyday Rewards member portal, however it will come into effect on your next billing cycle. No refund will be offered if you opt to downgrade your membership mid-billing cycle.
2.3 Termination of Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing members@everydayrewards.io. We will then provide you with a link where you will be prompted with steps to cancel your Membership.
Once the cancellation process is complete, your Membership will be canceled instantly and you will be sent a confirmation email. No refund will be offered if you cancel your Membership mid-billing cycle.
Cancellation of your Membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.
If you hold a monthly membership and, for any reason, a direct debit for payment of your monthly membership fails, we will attempt to debit your payment on four further occasions;
- 12 hours after initial fail
- 24 hours after the following attempt
- 48 hours after the following attempt
- 72 hours as a final attempt
If, after five attempts, we are unable to debit your monthly membership payment, your monthly membership and all membership benefits will be terminated.
You may re-subscribe to a monthly membership at any time. If you re-subscribe within 30 days of canceling your monthly membership or your monthly membership being canceled by us, you will retain all previous benefits you held under your monthly membership. However if you do not re-subscribe to a monthly membership within 30 days of cancellation or termination, any previous benefits you had as a monthly member will not carry over.
Additional information concerning cancellation is set forth in Section 9.3.4 of the General Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Bonus and Free Trial Periods
From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers or free trial periods. These bonuses, special offers and free trial periods are only valid in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to that bonus, special offer of free trial period.
If you sign up to a free trial period and do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted in accordance with the monthly membership terms set out above until you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms .
2.5 Change of Details
You should notify us of any change of name, address, contact number, email address or billing information by updating your details online at com, by emailing us at members@everydayrewards.io
We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your Everyday Rewards membership.
3. General Terms and Conditions
For the purpose of these Membership Terms , discounts means the discounted rates we have arranged with each of our partners and distributors. A full list of our partners is available here.
We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you accessing the Site or using the Services .
We may terminate or suspend your Membership if you:
- engage in conduct that may jeopardize the proper conduct of the Site and Services;
- act in a disruptive, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
- do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of us, our partners or any of our related entities or contractors;
- breach any law in connection with your access or use of the Site or Services, including your participation in any Sweepstakes; or
- behave in a way that we reasonably believe is otherwise inappropriate.
You must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these Membership Terms without our prior written consent.
Any term of these Membership Terms that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or suspension of your Membership will survive and continue in effect following such termination or suspension.
All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in United States dollars unless otherwise changed using the Sites inbuilt conversion currency tools, if available.
We may, from time to time, amend these Membership Terms . The amended Membership Terms will apply from the time they are posted on the Site or are otherwise notified to Members. If you do not wish to accept any amendments to these Membership Terms , you may cancel your Membership.
We may cease offering Memberships by notifying Members on the Site or otherwise, provided that we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to Members.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Delaware.
